Ever had one of those moments where you forget your own phone number?
- Maybe you’ve just started using a work phone to field calls for your job.

How do I check my own number?
Scroll on to see how you can find out your own phone number on both iPhone and Android devices.
iPhone (Apple)
- Open Settings
- Scroll down and tap “Phone”
- Click “My Number”
- If you have multiple numbers/SIMs on your device, choose which you need.
- View your number
OR
- Open “Contacts” – either in the Phone app or in the Contacts app
- Click “My Card” at the top of the list
- Scroll down to view your number
Android (Pixel, Samsung, etc)
- Open Settings
- Scroll down and tap “About Phone”
- Tap “Status”
- Scroll down to see your phone number
OR
- Open the “Contacts” app
- Tap on the profile icon or your name at the top
- Your number should be listed under your name
On your computer
- Simply login to your carrier’s dashboard and view your line(s) – there, you’ll be able see all numbers associated with your account.
Side note: If your SIM card is faulty or improperly installed, you might encounter a “Phone number not found” warning during this process. You shouldn’t encounter this issue if using an eSIM.
