- Your current wireless bill (if you’re transferring your number from another carrier).
- A debit/credit card, US Mobile Refill Card, or Service Payment Card to pay for your first month’s service.
- Your four-digit US Mobile account PIN. If you need to reset it, simply contact US Mobile Customer Support.
Activation Steps for US Mobile Services

Step 1: Access Activation Portal

Step 2: Verify Your SIM and Device Information
Next, you’ll need to confirm your ICCID and IMEI numbers. The ICCID number can be found on the card that came with your SIM, while you can find your 15-digit IMEI number in your phone’s settings:
- On an iPhone: Go to Settings > General > About and check for your IMEI.
- On an Android: Head to Settings > About Phone > Status and find your IMEI there.
Alternatively, you can find the IMEI by dialing *#06#
on your phone. Enter these numbers into the portal and click Continue.
Step 3: Identify Your Customer Status
Are you already a US Mobile customer? If yes, decide whether you’re adding a new line or changing a device on an existing line and log into your account.
