How to Add or Change Features with Cricket Wireless
First things first, you can modify your plan features through two primary pathways – your Online Account and the myCricket App. Each method has its own perks, so choose the one that suits you best!
Using Your Online Account
To make changes via your Online Account, follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Cricket Wireless Online Account.
- You’ll see a summary of your current plan and add-on features.
- Click on Manage Plans & Services.
- Select the blue arrow next to your phone number to view your current plans and features.
- Choose Change Plan & Features.
- Under Change Add-on Features, select Add or Edit for the feature(s) you want to manage.
- Keep in mind, you can only have one international feature per line each billing cycle!
- If it’s a temporary need, pick One-time. Otherwise, go for Monthly.
- Hit Add Feature or Update Feature as needed.
- Review your changes, hit Checkout, and choose whether to implement changes today or the start of your next billing cycle.
- Complete your order by providing your payment details and agreeing to the terms.
- You’ll receive payment confirmation via text!
Using the myCricket App
If you’re more of a mobile user, managing your features through the myCricket App is a breeze!
- Open the myCricket App and sign in.
- Tap on Manage Your Lines and select the line you wish to modify.
- Tap Edit Plan and enter your four-digit PIN (if prompted).
- Scroll down and tap Skip to Manage Features.
- Choose the features you want to edit, add, or remove.
- Like the online method, remember only one international feature per line!
- Pick Once for temporary features, or Monthly for recurring needs.
- Review your selections and hit Checkout.
- You can also decide whether you want changes effective today or at the start of your next billing cycle.
- Complete the transaction by entering your credit card info and agreeing to the terms.
- Confirmation will pop up on your screen and come through via text!
Things to Keep in Mind
When adjusting your features with Cricket Wireless, there are a few points worth noting:
- You can make any number of feature changes immediately, but if you want to schedule changes for your next billing cycle, you can only do one change per phone number.
- Make sure to schedule changes at least 3 days before your next bill cycle starts.
- If your account has been suspended or if your line is reported lost or stolen, you can change or remove features but cannot add new ones.
