Simplified Billing for multiple lines is here!

If you have multiple different individual lines with US Mobile with different types of plans, different billing cycles, and different credit cards, keeping track of them and making payments on them each month can be time-consuming.

That process just got simpler at US Mobile. Now your multiple bills are consolidated — or combined — into one simple and transparent monthly payment so that budgeting is a breeze.

Consolidating your phone bills into a new single bill can give you fewer things to worry about each month.

How does Bill consolidation work?

Bill consolidation is the process of combining multiple phone bills into one through the US Mobile app. Let’s say you have an Unlimited Talk & Text with 12 GB plan for $20/mo and another Custom Plan for $10/mo. With Bill Consolidation, you would pay a single $30 bill plus taxes & fees instead of 2 bills for $20 and $10 with just one monthly bill.

So instead of seeing multiple smaller charges, you’ll only see one single charge for all your individual lines that are on the same billing cycle. The total amount you’re paying for a  billing cycle will not change. You’ll also be able to see a line-by-line breakdown of charges in monthly invoices on our new Order History page.

A single bill can make your finances easier to manage, saving you the stress of having to remember multiple payments.

How do you enable Bill Consolidation?

Getting your bill consolidated is simple. Here’s how it works:

  1. Sign in to your US Mobile account
  2. Turn AutoPay on for the lines you’d like to consolidate
  3. Add or update the payment method for each line to the same  credit card.
  4. Ensure all lines have the same a renewal date (for now you’ll have to ask our product support team with the ability to sync cycles across lines coming soon)
  5. Turn on Consolidated Billing in your dashboard:
    1. Go to Settings
    2. Scroll down to Consolidated Billing
    3. Turn the toggle on

How do you disable Bill Consolidation?

If you would rather not consolidate your bills, here’s how you can turn it off:

  1. Sign in to your US Mobile account
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Scroll down to Consolidated Billing
  4. Turn the toggle off

Should I keep my bills consolidated?

Here are some reasons why you might want to consolidate your bill.

  • You only want to see one monthly payment on your credit card bill since keeping track of multiple charges can be a challenge.
  • You want a bill that shows all your charges in one place.

Here are some reasons why you might not want to consolidate your bill.

  • You only want smaller charges on your credit card.
  • You want charges for separate lines to go to different credit cards.
